ACCOMMODATIONS
Completed in May of 2004, Ocean's Edge Villa and cottage can accommodate up to eight people comfortably. As one tours the villa and cottage you will notice a stunning vista from nearly every room and terrace. Awake with the sun illuminating the waves below as you step outside to the pool-side terrace to have a morning swim in the awe-inspiring infinity edge pool. Then walk through the spacious great room to the gourmet kitchen where you can prepare your own island-style cuisine on polished countertops and stainless steel GE Monogram appliances. Or enjoy a casual barbecue on our built-in stainless-steel gas grill while you relax in the living room. Evening entertainment might include a movie from our extensive DVD library brilliantly displayed on a state-of-the-art flat screen TV and sound system. Of course an XBox is provided for kids of all ages. Adjourning upstairs you can unwind on the covered gallery that connects to the two bedrooms and media room. Each air-conditioned bedroom is separately temperature controlled for your comfort and equipped with cable TV and DVD player. Wireless DSL service is instantly available to the entire upper house and pool. Finally, wonderfully enveloped by a canopied king bed, you can be lulled to sleep by gentle breezes and lapping waves.

COTTAGE
Planning a family reunion? As a special extra amenity for those who have 7-8 persons in their party, Ocean's Edge Villa provides the attached private cottage. Descending downstairs from the main villa is our very private self-contained cottage which hosts the fourth bedroom, bath, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cable TV, DVD and CD sound system. Cottage residents also enjoy their very own private covered gallery and spectacular ocean view.
