Our first time visit to St. Thomas was fabulous and the house only made it all the better! The set up of the house worked wonderfully for our family. We really enjoyed just laying around the house and enjoying the breathtaking view. Ocean’s Edge was FANTASTIC and we will definitely return if we come back to St. Thomas.

A Short Story: There once was a family that loved each other very much and worked together very much. The parents decided that their family needed a very nice vacation. So, they all traveled from Texas to St. Thomas and stayed at Ocean’s Edge. The financial and business professionals were impressed with the efficiency, thoughtfulness and generosity of the property owners and leasing agents. The architect and designers were amazed by the effective use of the land and furnishings to create an exceptionally comfortable, accommodating and beautiful home. The gardener enjoyed the well planned landscaping and abundant floras. The event organizer appreciated all the helpful advice in this little book from so many previous guests. The photographer took hundreds of pictures. The others posed for hundreds of pictures. The schoolteacher (law student) soaked up the relaxing ambiance (i.e. hereinafter referred to as “the pool”). The biology major was in awe of the fantastic grill. The ladies were stunned by the wide variety of shopping opportunities. The men were stunned by the wide variety of shopping opportunities. The girlfriend and boyfriend were romanced by this spot of paradise. In short (really, this is the short version) the guests were all very happy. They refreshed body and soul by relaxing by the pool, eating great food, relaxing by the pool, sleeping a lot, relaxing by the pool, days at the beach, a little kayaking and then relaxing by the pool. They were rejuvenated by long talks (by the pool) playing spades and laughing a lot, reading books, watching movies, star gazing in the hammock. Their spirits were renewed by sunrise and moonlight meditations in God’s Word. They observed the beauty of God’s creation from the balconies, the patio and (of course) from the pool. They watched some heavenly fireworks – an exceptional meteor shower – on their last evening here.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to experience “Ocean’s Edge.” This was our second year to Peterborg and first time with this villa. The house is extremely comfortable, not to mention beautiful. Taking a cue from other guests, we used chef Mark to come and prepare an awesome meal one night. Other great meals included Old Stone Farmhouse, Agave Terrace and, of course, Duffy’s Love Shack. Our thanks again for opening your home to us – we will definitely be back!

Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our time at “Ocean’s Edge.” We have been coming to St. Thomas for the past four years. Your place has been the most beautiful and enjoyable “home” we have stayed in. “Home” is not used loosely because it was so comfortable and inviting. We have also booked “Ocean’s Edge” for next year. Thank you for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise. We enjoyed ourselves so much we looked for extra work at the hospital here so we can have a place like this in the future. We are both in the health care profession and our services appear to be needed on “island.” Again, thanks.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had some of the best views anywhere on the islands right here. Waking up and seeing only the ocean was the best!
Highlights: #1 Day sail with Captain Hollywood Joe and his mate Danielle to the Hawks Nest and Honeymoon on St. John. He’s a larger than life character who’s sailed here for 33 years. #2 Day sail to Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke aboard New Horizon 2. A nice trip, fun crew. Lowlight: Shopping at the grocery store in Tutu. Much better to shop at Red Hook Marina market or the mall.

We had a glorious stay at Ocean’s Edge. We rented another villa in October and lusted after this one, so had to come back in May. Loved the pool and having cigars on the pool deck with the great ocean breeze. The kitchen is nice – don’t be afraid to grab some steaks at the Marina Market and have a feast. We will surely return soon. You have a lovely home. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Fantastic! A perfect “10.” We loved the views, the infinity pool, sunrise through the bedroom doors, and did I mention the views? This was a perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday!

So many memories..loved the boat trip to Saba Rock, will never forget the jump and water @ Willie T’s. The food, the laughter, the drinking, the talks, all were wonderful.

Where to start? What a wonderful time we had: great weather, a wonderful place to stay with an awesome view. The small market around the corner will get you started until you want to venture into town for more stuff. The passion fruit juice goes great with the local rum. Magen’s Bay Resort is great for a casual dinner, the bar at Magen’s Bay beach can be crowded but the beach is magnificent. The highlight of our trip was a day’s sail on the “Scubadu” with Captain Joe and his mate, Angie. A laid back sail on a 50 ft. “Cab” across to St. John where we explored the coast line for snorkeling and laying out. Pausing in a quiet, secluded bay to enjoy fish tacos with mango, pineapple and fresh cilantro – all cooked on the grill and washed down with copious fruity rum drinks. Quite obviously no expense was spared in the construction and decoration of your wonderful home. You have done an amazing job. Thanks to you also for sharing it.

The house was wonderful. Well laid out with lots of “at home” amenities to make everyone comfortable. Our first visit to the island in many years with the exception of a brief cruise stop. We’ll definitely be back. Next time with the whole family. The scenery is breathtaking!
